Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 23, following "state": Insert "selected by the governor" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Josephson objected. Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Eastman: 2020-03-27 House Journal Page 2150 Page 3, line 7, following "effects": Insert ", including effects of therapeutic courts on public safety," Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Josephson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
